Siwy Online Store Shopping Policy


This section covers all the policies regarding placing orders and making returns with the Siwy Online Store.


Your satisfaction and a pleasant online shopping experience are our top priorities. We recommend you familiarize yourself with our policies, as they govern any transaction you enter into with us. By placing an order, clicking the checkout button, and entering your payment information or any other similar action, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:



Orders placed in this online store are usually processed the same day or within 2 business days maximum from the date the order was placed and paid for. Orders placed for products that are out of stock may take longer to process. Stock status and/or the estimated delivery date are indicated on the product detail page.

In some cases we may need to contact you prior to processing your order. If we are unable to reach you at using the contact information you provided us within 5 days, we may cancel your order and refund any payment you may have made.



We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and wire transfers. We do not accept cash, checks, cashiers checks, or Western Union.



Sales tax will be automatically added to your shopping cart at checkout when applicable.



Promo codes and discount coupons can be used to buy jeans, shorts, skirts, jackets and any other garment offered on this online store, unless otherwise specified. Discount codes may be found on this website, on our social media pages and in promotions and advertising. If you have a discount coupon or promo code please keep the following in mind:

  • Only one code may be used per order.

  • Certain items (including all sale items) are excluded from special offers.

  • Codes may not be applied after an order is placed and/or processed.




All US orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and should be received within 3-5 business days after processing. Saturday delivery is available if prearranged with Customer Service and an additional shipping fee may apply.

We ship to any country in the world. If your country is not listed in our drop down country list on the order checkout page, please call us to place a phone order or send us an email.

Shipping will be provided via DHL. $20 to most countries in the world and $40 to Africa and a few European and Asian Countries. See list of countries with $40 shipping cost:

International orders are not guaranteed to ship within 2 business days because additional verification is often necessary. Please allow up to 20 business days for delivery. We are not responsible for shipping delay caused by customs or any other reason.

International customers are responsible for customs clearance, duty, foreign taxes and any other applicable charges and fees in the country they are shipping to.

We are required by law to declare the exact value of the merchandise and mark it as dutiable.

Orders can't be changed or modified once they are shipped.

*** RUSSIA shipping: If you are shipping to Russia, the ship to address you provide must be a commercial address.

We are not responsible for shipping delays cause by customs in your destination country. If you give us an address that can't receive the merchandise we are shipping you, we will refund the price of the product when we received it back and your shipment will be treated as a refused shipment (please see below for details about refused shipments).



If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days for a refund or exchange.

For International orders, customers are responsible for the freight and other fees associated with the return.

The following rules and guidelines apply:

  • All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt

  • Use the return form enclosed in your package, follow the instructions

  • The merchandise must be in its original new condition, unworn/unwashed

  • We do not accept returns/exchanges on custom-made, altered or special order items, undergarments, or sale/discounted merchandise. All of these types of sales are final

  • Damages that occur during care of a garment such as dry cleaning, washing or wear are not grounds for return

  • Please do not return anything to us COD or freight collect, our receiving department will refuse the shipment

  • Returns must be made in adequate packaging (like the original), we are not responsible if your return is damaged in shipping due to poor packaging

  • Use the shipping label we provide for the return or you will be responsible for the return shipping and insurance

  • Some discounted / on sale merchandise is not eligible for returns (please contact customer service for details)

  • SALE items are FINAL SALE when combined with additional promotional discounts, including but not limited to sitewide sales and coupon discounts.

For refunds only, Siwy Denim Online Shop offers hassle free policy with a restocking fee of $7.00. [Restocking fees don't apply for exchange or credit store]

We do not refund return freight charges. Please use the prepaid shipping label. The pre-paid shipping label we provide you is the only way we can pay for return freight charges because we can't refund shipping you paid on your own.

If we ship you a damaged or incorrect garment, please keep the original packaging, do not wear or use the garments and do not remove the tags. Use the provided return label and follow the return instructions. Please note that wearing/using or washing an incorrect item is considered an acceptance of the item and you will not be able to return/exchange it.



If you refuse your shipment from us, we will refund the order value less the actual freight charges and any restocking fee we deem appropriate. This applies to all refused orders, even those that went out with complimentary shipping.



This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of California. Any litigation must be brought to the appropriate court in the County of Los Angeles California.
