Refund policy

SIWY Denim will accept returns** for items purchased on the siwydenim.com store that are postmarked within 14 days from the delivery date for a refund or store credit. Within processing returns, we charge a restocking fee of $7.00 per product and the customer is responsible for the return shipping expenses. Returns received back outside of this window will not be accepted. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not do exchanges. You may return for a refund or store credit and place a new order for the item, size, and color of your choice.

**No returns are allowed on Final Sale items. All sales are final.

International returns: The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. If you return an item or refuse an item and we are charged a tax, that duty or tax amount will be deducted from your order total before we credit your account.
